    A financial strategist with expertise in revenue optimization, margin intelligence, and FP&A automation across complex operating environments. He builds data infrastructure that connects finance, operations, and executive decision-making—transforming fragmented data into real-time visibility. His work includes dynamic forecasting models, profitability analytics, and automated executive dashboards that improve performance clarity and decision speed.

    He partners with leadership teams to uncover revenue lift opportunities, strengthen pricing and margins, and create scalable financial systems that support growth, acquisitions, and long-term planning. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Stetson University.

    As a Professor of Finance and Accounting and Master in Finance, he merges academic rigor with practical insight helping organizations strengthen liquidity, refine forecasting systems, and drive long-term financial performance.

    John Miller, Managing Director

    As Managing Director of Axion Consulting Group, John partners with private equity sponsors and executive teams to accelerate EBITDA growth, strengthen cash performance, and build scalable financial operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading FP&A, corporate finance, and operational strategy across middle-market and enterprise environments.

    John has led post-acquisition value creation initiatives, pricing and margin programs, zero-based budgeting, KPI architecture, and working capital improvement plans that have delivered measurable results for portfolio companies across industrial services, technology, manufacturing, and business services. Known for building data-driven finance functions, he develops reporting systems that align operators and investors around clear visibility, accountability, and execution.

    He works directly with CEOs, CFOs, and PE operating partners to drive strategic clarity with a practical, hands-on approach to performance improvement.
